Western Union Instructions Using Western Union's Quick Collect Service is an excellent way to make sure your payment arrives on time. This service costs about as much as a guaranteed overnight delivery service.

How to use Western Union's Quick Collect Service:

1. Go to a Western Union designated facility. (They can be located in your telephone directory.)
2. Select the Western Union "Quick Collect" form (Blue)
3. Complete the left-hand side of the form. Your account number will be your social security number. The city and state code will be "???????, OH". Remember to make your payment payable to "???????????????????????????".
4. If you need help, ask the Western Union cashier.
5. Call our CCC service department after you have sent your money to verify, and give your verification code.
