It's completely normal to receive calls from your creditors after making your first payment. Give them Credit Counseling Centers, Inc. Servicing Department number: (513) 562-8430. Credit Counseling Centers will confirm that you are enrolled in our program.

Please call all your creditors and inform that you are currently inrolled in the Credit Counseling Centers, Inc. debt management program. We also ask that you change your cycle dates to the date your counselor instructed you.
